wakemeupwhenSeptemberends sums up my month

Green is my favourite color,
Day is my favorite time.
September is the month of my birthday,
Sleeping is when I shine.
Let me sleep till September ends,
though it is not possible, damn.
I have homework to complete,
and promotional examinations to study for.
But hey, I still really like this song.

"Wake Me Up When September Ends" - Green Day

Summer has come and passed
The innocent can never last
wake me up when september ends

like my fathers come to pass
seven years has gone so fast
wake me up when september ends

here comes the rain again
falling from the stars
drenched in my pain again
becoming who we are

as my memory rests
but never forgets what I lost
wake me up when september ends

summer has come and passed
the innocent can never last
wake me up when september ends

ring out the bells again
like we did when spring began
wake me up when september ends

here comes the rain again
falling from the stars
drenched in my pain again
becoming who we are

as my memory rests
but never forgets what I lost
wake me up when september ends

Summer has come and passed
The innocent can never last
wake me up when september ends

like my father's come to pass
twenty years has gone so fast
wake me up when september ends
wake me up when september ends
wake me up when september ends.

PS. Pardon me poor poetry *smilez~

Sum random pieces of paper.

My favourite peanut butter undergoing multi-taskingin these delicious mouth-watering treats... This, I must say is so *hmmm-hmmm!*

PS sorry to those allergic to peanuts. I can only say you're not so nutty. LOL.

Much appreciation to the peeps in rbc ministries for their inspirational articles. I wanted to post this up for a long time going (from May 2006 as annotated) and so, wells, now its finally up. YAY!

The week

haha... decided to blog again after my study vacation... Err, not the goofing off kind, but the Once-in-a-cheesecake-moon-when-I-study-like-for-hours for a few days? bleahx.

0_0 (mi eyes gotta pop out anytime -- and I have small eyes)

Anyways, im in aj library again after the september "holidays". Yea right, whatever. I actually promised my maths cum civics cum ST teacher that I would start mugging after my birthday - in which so unfortunately i did somewhat. But after it all, I still think that it is not enough. Ong Yuan said that three weeks to promos, he is soo going to cheong the whole year of work. I think he can do it, he has done it b4, but me? I seriously need aot of mental help for the next few weeks.

From the last time i blog, many unfortunate events just seemed to happen:

1. Stevey Irvin died from a cupid stinger.

He's a great man. But I agree with uncle Bob that he should not be sent off in a state funeral. "He is our everyday Australian" after all. Instead, what should be done is that more people must be willing to tak up his legacy of educating the rest of the ignorants about the beauty of wildlife and the conservation efforts. G' daye mate.

2. Paul C. Twohill (bao3 luo2 liang3 zuo4 shan1) RIPed

Singapore Idol had its latest casualty last week, and my previous classmate from 02/03AD finally got washed over by his mopped hair. Haiz, I thought that Hady would get out first, although I admit that I can't imagine a chops about 2hill getting into Idol finals with such strong (financial) support for Jon and Jas (the silent JJs). Paul apparently pangsieg during CHMA06, and this time he did it again by not getting through to the next round. Feel sorry for him.

3. Al Qaeda on the rise again

Crap. Those guys are so on at this thing called hate right? Thought that using power to defeat their enemies would be enough? Every evil and every good is impossible to eliminate. Trying using the wrong methods only make things worse than doing God's work. Real sad.
Somehow, I got that feeling that they're plannng something on their long sleeves.

Keep vigil, friends.

4. Promos are coming... and I am ill-equipped.

The mood is setting itself in. I'm getting freaked out with all the preparation of PW and the promotion examinations. That's dangerous, given that how little time I realise that I'm dedicatiing to my mother tongue Chinese. All I know is that I gotta keep running this mini rat-race till God knows when.

On a happy note, however, I just added some pix of my birthday dinner @ Hilton (Seafood is not realli my type XP- but hey i appre tt)

There are more pictures during the course of the year, i think. I had lots of fun taking them. So Enjoy!
