CAN
I always fill up with hope when I watch sign language. Its got something to do with a certain something from when I was Primary 5. My lao shi learnt the Singaporean version of the sign language for her community service stint at the centre for the deaf then and she shun pian taught my class a few moves... This made me so much more aware of the plight (as well as blessings) of the deaf. They can't hear sounds, but they can make do with vibrations as well as their sight to appreciate the world around them. Some of us just take hearing to be something natural, but not to these people. Imagine not hearing a song throughout your entire life... Difficult to cope with the thought *shudders*. These few moves in the above video are SO interesting too!!! Additionally, this song brings back memories; so easy to learn too.
Kinda reminds me of para-para too ;p
By the way, just caught Sean online yesterday!!! Yeah, he's coping over at New Zealand now and sends his regards to everyone who is gotta take A's in a months time. Everythings alright so far over there except that its quite cold over there whan its SUMMER and his internet connection is only dial-up. And he's coming back on 10 December!!! Haha... then can meet up and catch me and aj choir sing carols!!!
Haiz... major hope, but one mighty big obstacle ahead.
Countdown: 32 days to A' levels.
