One short story

One dark day, a lamb was born into this world. He was frisky and bright.
When day appeared he saw that there was a cliff directly below the flock. He also saw that not very far away, there was a lush green pasture just around the mountain that they lived on.
Quickly he called and gathered the members of his family to follow him to escape the impending danger.
But some were defiant, some were weak in judgement, some simply were thought that they were headstrong and too wise to listen to a child.
Sad, the lamb brought who had decided to follow him to the green pasture.

Then, after a short travel, the lamb brought his flock to towards a raging river. It was the only obstacle that prevented the flock from getting to the other side. The lamb knew that only he alone could cross the river by using his clever leaps and prances on the riverside rocks, but he thought only about the old and the physically weak who had followed him.
Without thinking twice, he used all his strength and will to carry and push large rocks surrounding the desolate area into the waters to build a bridge out of the water. Slowly but surely, a sturdy bridge was built. With the bridge, all could escape from the cold confusing mazes into the green pasture.
The lamb then called the herd to cross. Some doubted and stayed behind.
Some members of his family, seeing what he has done for them, felt grateful and pitched in, bringing additional rocks to improve on the bridge so that it could last the wear and tear against the water current. The others who could not help gave encouragement by their soft "baa..."s (bleating). They all entered the green pasture.

One day, the cliff will crack and fall. One day the raging river will rise its angry waters to feed on the doubtful to their true torturious death. The Waters will destroy the bridge that connected two different lands together.
That day WILL come. The Bible says that Jesus came down to Earth to be sacrificed as that lamb to redeem us from our sins and to act as a bridge for us to have a relationship with our Lord... The decision is yours to choose of whether YOU(its your life) want to accept him as your leader in this confusing world.

Amen.
